As a seasoned network marketing executive, Mark over a decade of success working with some of the industries' largest companies.  Mark as excellent communication skills and is fluent in 3 languages.  He is dedicated to helping Elur attract and develop a strong distributor sales force.

ELUR MLM is the first to utilize a proprietary linear matrix compensation plan.  This may sound a bit confusing, but really it's not.  Using this plan you can earn commissions on all the people who join after you who fill up your 5x7 matrix.   Using this plan ELUR pays out more real money than any other company in the industry.  It also sends out more checks in relation to number of total distributors and was designed to create the largest sustainable incomes in the MLM Industry.

This is not a typical forced matrix, unilevel, binary or even a single line style compensation plan.
